Plutonium is much more dangerous than uranium. Fuel used was something called Mox. Not stuff you want loose in the envirrnment. Reactor #3 that blew yesterday was the much more dangerous fuel.

Friends, this is not good news. I dust particle that has been near Plutonium, injested will kill a dog in 24 hours.

This is bad shit.
Still the chances of any of it reaching us are nil, despite what you think.
Get your geiger counter out and you will see...

WHAT? You don't have a geiger counter?

Our Gov and media cannot tell us we are all going to get sick & die. That would make KAOS in the streets. Better to let us all get sick slowly so we check out in a less disructive way, curled up in fetal positions in our beds.

Learned we have 9 reactors on fault lines here in the states, that are the exact same design that failed in Japan.

Not saying we will also have a quake, but some people are shouting alarms to watch out all this month. Something about the alignment of the sun, moon & stars as well as some comet on the 15th.

Everything goes in cycles. I think we are about to fully exit the Leave It To Beaver cycle.

Our plant at Brownville is off line. I know someone that works at GE plants all around the country. I called him this morning. Working close by for a change. Just pulled the heads off the reactor yesterday.

I am glad ours is not running while some people are worried about potential quakes for several weeks. He told me this plant is exactly like the ones in trouble in Japan. Germany scraped plans for several new plants this morning.

On a lighter note, Gilford Godfrey got fired this morning from AFLAC.

Seems he tweeted a message to someone he broke up with his girlfriend, but he did not mind as he said another one would float by again soon. AFLAC did not think that was very funny, and axed him. AFLAC sells some 75% of their insurance in Japan. American Family Insurance is an odd bird. They have been known interview to neighbors before extending anyone a home owners policy or life insurance.

If Gilford is looking for work, I still need a penis piercer.

Ours is still on-line. It's about 60 miles from where I live.

How a guy can make a living on a contrived gruff voice is beyond me.

Germany is shutting down older plants of this type, that was on the news this weekend. That is not like turning off a light switch. Takes years to decommission these things. Nuclear energy really is a pandoras box.
